Jouw nieuwe functie Als HR Coördinator neem je de leiding over de dagelijkse HR-processen en zorg je voor een professionele, kwalitatieve dienstverlening aan medewerkers en leidinggevenden. Je combineert een hands-on aanpak met een strategische blik en draagt actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het HR-beleid.

Je staat in voor de payroll- en personeelsadministratie en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor complexe HR-vragen. Daarnaast werk je mee aan diverse HR-projecten rond werving en selectie, onboarding, verloning, opleidingen, talentontwikkeling en performancemanagement.

Als leidinggevende coach en ondersteun je een klein HR-team en creëer je een omgeving waarin samenwerking, groei en engagement centraal staan. Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders en externe partners en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het management.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma met relevante ervaring binnen Human Resources
  • Sterke kennis van payroll en personeelsadministratie
  • Ervaring met het aansturen of coachen van medewerkers is een sterke troef
  • Empathisch, communicatief en discreet
  • Planmatig, resultaatgericht en oplossingsgericht ingesteld
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Goede kennis van MS Office, met een sterke focus op Excel
