De functie inhoud Wat staat er jou te wachten als HR Officer bij deze KMO in Deinze?

  • Zorgen voor een nauwkeurige opvolging en beheer van contracten, attesten en personeelsdossiers binnen de personeelsadministratie.
  • Ondersteuning bieden voor de payrollprocessen door het aanleveren van correcte gegevens en nauwe samenwerking met de externe payrollpartner.
  • Jij fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor kandidaten en het creëren van een warm en professioneel onboardingtraject.
  • Actieve bijdrage bieden aan training en development door mee te werken aan opleidingsplannen en het opvolgen van certificeringen.
  • Opstellen van HR-analyses en de bijhorende rapporten om de verdere groei van de organisatie te ondersteunen.
  • Optreden als vertrouwenspersoon binnen de organisatie en actief bijdragen aan een positieve en betrokken werkcultuur.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor in HR of beschikt over gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
  • Administratieve nauwkeurigheid is voor jou vanzelfsprekend en gaat gepaard met discretie en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van sociale wetgeving en vaak voorkomende HR-processen.
  • Vlotte beheersing van MS Office en diverse HR-tools ondersteunen jouw efficiënte manier van werken.
  • Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte houding, gecombineerd met een sterke teamgeest, typeert jouw manier van samenwerken.
