- HR Officer bij Scheuten Glas Nederland B.V. - 24 - 39 uur - € 3.000,- / € 4.500,- - VENLO Als HR Officer bij een toonaangevend glasproductiebedrijf in Venlo ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de operationele en administratieve HR-taken. Je werkt servicegericht, zelfstandig en ondersteunt het HR-team. Je krijgt volop ruimte om processen te verbeteren, in een collegiale en diverse werkomgeving. Functieomschrijving Als HR Officer ben jij de onmisbare schakel die ervoor zorgt dat alle HR-processen soepel en nauwkeurig verlopen. Je verwerkt personeelsmutaties, stelt contracten op, beheert tijdsregistraties en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met vragen over HR-gerelateerde processen en systemen. Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met een servicegerichte instelling en draagt actief bij aan een goed georganiseerde HR-afdeling. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken over het verbeteren en verder automatiseren van HR-processen. Jij krijgt energie van een administratieve en operationele HR-rol waarin je medewerkers ondersteunt, overzicht bewaart en zorgt dat alles achter de schermen goed geregeld is. Op een doorsnee werkdag houd je je bezig met: - het verwerken van HR-mutaties in systemen zoals AFAS; - het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten; - het beheren van personeelsdossiers; - het ondersteunen van de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers; - het controleren van uren-, verlof- en tijdregistraties; - het beantwoorden van HR-gerelateerde vragen van medewerkers. Je ondersteunt de volledige HR-cyclus voor ongeveer 400 medewerkers, van instroom tot doorstroom en uitstroom. Daarbij stel je rapportages op, bewaak je de kwaliteit van HR-data en werk je nauw samen met collega's binnen het HR-team en andere afdelingen. Naast de operationele werkzaamheden krijg je volop ruimte om mee te denken over procesoptimalisatie, professionalisering en automatisering van HR-processen.
