Kom ons HR-team versterken, werk samen met de HR Business Partner en draag bij aan een professionele en toekomstbestendige organisatie Apotheek Voorzorg is de grootste producent van medicatierollen ter wereld en de eerste goedgekeurde GDS‑apotheek van Nederland. Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in het geautomatiseerd en op maat verpakken van geneesmiddelen voor patiënten. Op basis van de recepten die wij ontvangen, verpakken wij medicatie per innamemoment in een persoonlijke medicatierol. Dagelijks verwerken we ruim 2 miljoen tabletten en capsules, met een foutloosheid van meer dan 99,99% Je werkt in een informele, maatschappelijk relevante productieomgeving met ongeveer 500 collega's. Er wordt gewerkt in ploegendiensten en de dynamiek op de werkvloer is hoog. De lijnen zijn kort, collega's zijn toegankelijk en er is veel contact met leidinggevenden Apotheek Voorzorg is onderdeel van Mosadex BV., totaalleverancier in de (farmaceutische) zorg‑ en retailmarkt. Samen werken we elke dag aan de beste apotheekzorg van Nederland. Wat ga je bij ons doen? Als HR Officer bij Apotheek Voorzorg zorg jij dat alles achter de schermen goed geregeld is. Je werkt nauw samen met onze HR Business Partner en bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's en leidinggevenden. Jij houdt overzicht, zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen en helpt mee om onze HR-processen steeds beter te maken. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - HR-administratie & mutaties Je verzorgt het volledige HR-administratieve proces. Je stelt arbeidsovereenkomsten op, verwerkt personeelsmutaties en houdt personeelsdossiers actueel. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij verzuimprocessen en de uitvoering van de Wet verbetering poortwachter. Ook regel je zaken als ouderschapsverlof, jubilea, onboarding en offboarding en stel je brieven op bij wijzigingen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen ...
