Vanuit onze locatie in Heerlen (ca. 90 medewerkers) werken wij dagelijks aan veilige, duurzame en hoogwaardige verwerking van materialen, als onderdeel van de internationaal opererende Moxba Groep. De afgelopen jaren hebben wij stevig geïnvesteerd in onze processen, systemen en installaties. De komende periode zetten wij verdere stappen in groei en professionalisering van onze organisatie. Bij Metrex werken we hard aan kwaliteit en veiligheid, maar hechten we minstens zoveel waarde aan een prettige en informele werksfeer. Om onze verdere ontwikkeling te ondersteunen en HR toekomstbestendig in te richten, zijn wij op zoek naar een HR Officer. Samen met twee HR Business Partners vorm jij het HR-team van Metrex. Wat ga jij doen? Als HR Officer ben jij de stabiele en nauwkeurige kracht achter onze HR-administratie. Jij zorgt dat alles klopt, van instroom tot salarisvoorbereiding. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor administratieve HR-vragen, bewaakt overzicht en kwaliteit in onze systemen en bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding van de salarisverwerking. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij projecten en verbeteringen binnen HR. Deze functie is voor 32 uur per week. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn o.a.: Ondersteunen van het wervings- en selectieproces, inclusief contact met uitzendbureaus en het bewaken van KPI's en werkafspraken met preferred suppliers Voorbereiden van de salarisverwerking door controle van urenregistraties en het opstellen en aanleveren van rapportages aan de financiële afdeling Inplannen en administratief verwerken van opleidingen en trainingen en het bewaken van certificeringen Verwerken van in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers, uitzendkrachten en ingehuurd personeel Beheren en actualiseren van personeelsd...
