Ben je klaar voor een brede HR-rol waarin je écht impact kan maken?

Voor een internationale speler binnen een gespecialiseerde logistieke omgeving in Kallo zijn we op zoek naar een HR Officer die de lokale HR-werking mee vormgeeft en verder professionaliseert. Je komt terecht in een dynamische en groeiende organisatie met vestigingen wereldwijd en werkt nauw samen met zowel het lokale management als de internationale HR-afdeling.

Jouw rol & takenpakket

Als HR Officer ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor alle HR-gerelateerde vragen op de Belgische site. Je combineert operationele HR-taken met een adviserende rol naar medewerkers en management.

  • Beheren van de personeelsadministratie van A tot Z;
  • Opstellen van contracten, attesten en sociale documenten;
  • Ondersteunen en voorbereiden van de payrollverwerking in samenwerking met SD Worx;
  • Adviseren van medewerkers en leidinggevenden rond sociale wetgeving, afwezigheden en arbeidsvoorwaarden;
  • Coördineren van rekruteringen voor arbeiders en bedienden;
  • Organiseren van onboardingtrajecten voor nieuwe medewerkers;
  • Contact onderhouden met uitzendkantoren en externe partners;
  • Inventariseren van opleidingsnoden en organiseren van trainingen;
  • Ondersteunen van HR-projecten en procesverbeteringen;
  • Rapporteren aan de Belgische directie en samenwerken met de internationale HR-afdeling.

Jouw profiel:

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen HR of een relevante richting;
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen een algemene HR functie (voorkeur payroll);
  • Kennis van Belgische sociale wetgeving;
  • Ervaring met payroll of een sterke interesse om hierin verder te groeien;
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Frans is een sterke troef;
  • Administratief sterk en nauwkeurig;
  • Communicatief, discreet en professioneel;
  • Leergierig en in staat om snel nieuwe materie op te nemen;
  • Bereid om enkele keren per jaar naar Frankrijk te reizen.
