Bij GGz Breburg zetten ruim 1.800 collega's en 120 vrijwilligers zich dagelijks in voor goede geestelijke gezondheidszorg. Jaarlijks helpen we zo'n 11.000 mensen met complexe psychiatrische problemen. Dat doen we samen, dichtbij de cliënt en zijn of haar omgeving. Ons motto? Samen het sterkst in mentale gezondheid. Wat ga je doen? Als HR Officer ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij alles rondom hun dienstverband. Jij zorgt dat alles rondom personeelszaken goed geregeld is, denkt mee en weet wanneer je zelf het antwoord kunt geven of verder uit moet zoeken. Je werk is afwisselend: van het verwerken van een mutatie tot het uitzoeken van een complexere HR-vraag. Concreet ga je: - dagelijks werken in AFAS InSite en verschillende personeelsmutaties verwerken, bijvoorbeeld rondom ouderschapsverlof en diverse contractuele wijzigingen. - het onboardingsproces mede bewaken: van het controleren van sollicitantgegevens tot het verzamelen en registreren van de juiste diploma's en registraties die nodig zijn voor een correcte zorgdeclaratie. - medewerkers helpen met vragen over hun indiensttreding, salaris en arbeidsvoorwaarden. - leidinggevenden adviseren over personeelsmutaties, de cao en wet- en regelgeving. Dan zoek je het uit. - nauw samenwerken met collega's van Salarisadministratie, Functioneel Beheer en HR Business Partners. - ontwikkelingen van relevante wet- en regelgeving en de cao ggz volgen. - meedenken over procesverbeteringen en pakt zelf verbeterprojecten op. Je krijgt daarbij volop ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen en verantwoordelijkheid te pakken. Hoe ziet jouw werkomgeving eruit?
