Voor onze klant, een internationale en groeiende organisatie in een dynamische productieomgeving in Genk, zijn we op zoek naar een HR Officer.

Vind je het leuk om medewerkers verder te helpen, de juiste collega’s te vinden en ervoor te zorgen dat HR-processen vlot en correct verlopen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

Als HR Officer maak je deel uit van het lokale HR-team. Je ondersteunt de HR Business Partner in de dagelijkse HR-werking en draagt bij aan een professionele, efficiënte en mensgerichte dienstverlening.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij HR-gerelateerde vragen.
  • Je ondersteunt het volledige wervings- en selectieproces, van vacaturepublicatie tot en met onboarding.
  • Je voert selectiegesprekken en helpt mee om de juiste talenten aan te trekken.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte preboarding en onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Je staat in voor de opmaak, verwerking en opvolging van arbeidsovereenkomsten en sociale documenten.
  • Je beheert personeelsgegevens en zorgt ervoor dat de HR-systemen correct en actueel zijn.
  • Je ondersteunt de payrollverwerking voor arbeiders en bedienden.
  • Je waakt mee over een correcte toepassing van de Belgische sociale wetgeving.
  • Je volgt tijdsregistraties en afwezigheden op.
  • Je maakt HR-rapporteringen, analyses en managementoverzichten op.
  • Je ondersteunt de HR Business Partner bij verschillende HR-projecten en verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Je denkt actief mee na over de optimalisatie van HR-processen.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de HR Business Partner.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in Human Resources Management of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een algemene HR-functie.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in recruitment en het aantrekken van de juiste talenten.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en discreet.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en legt gemakkelijk contacten met medewerkers en leidinggevenden op verschillende niveaus.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en leert snel werken met nieuwe systemen en toepassingen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, flexibel en behoudt steeds het overzicht.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je bent een betrouwbare teamspeler die initiatief durft te nemen.
