Voor de afdeling HR is Ortec Finance op zoek naar een enthousiaste HR officer. Functieomschrijving HR Officer Als HR Officer bij Ortec Finance bied je professionele HR-ondersteuning en samen met je senior Payroll Specialist collega zorg je voor een correcte salarisadministratie. Elke dag maak je samen met je HR-collega's het verschil voor de organisatie, zodat de medewerkers zich gesteund en gesterkt voelen, terwijl jij jezelf binnen HR-administratie en payroll ontwikkelt. Je belangrijkste taken zijn: - HR-administratie: HR-taken en personeelswijzigingen beheren; onboarding/offboarding afhandelen; HR-vragen in zowel lokale als internationale context behandelen - HR-systemen en -processen: processen beschrijven en verbeteren; HRIS beheren; rapporten opstellen; documenten archiveren - Salarisadministratie: salarisadministratie voorbereiden in meerdere landen - Projecten: deelnemen aan HR-projecten om HR-processen en -beleid te optimaliseren en automatiseren.
