HR Officer Gisteren, 15:26 Bij Powerhouse Company ontwerpen we gebouwen die werken voor mensen, stad en toekomst. Achter onze projecten staat een diverse en internationale organisatie waarin mensen, samenwerking en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Om onze architecten en andere collega's goed te ondersteunen in hun werk en ontwikkeling, zoeken wij een HR Officer voor 16-24 uur per week. We zoeken iemand die energie krijgt van een goed georganiseerde HR-administratie, proactief contact zoekt met collega's en makkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende werkzaamheden. Dit met als doel om de dagelijkse HR-processen soepel te laten verlopen. Je ondersteunt HR voor Powerhouse Company en onze verschillende gelieerde bedrijven, waaronder RED Company, en werkt nauw samen met de HR Manager, Finance en onze architecten. Rol Als HR Officer ondersteun je bij de dagelijkse uitvoering van onze HR-processen. Je werkzaamheden zijn breed: van het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten en verwerken van verlof en verzuim tot recruitment, onboarding en offboarding. Je bent daarnaast een eerste aanspreekpunt voor praktische HR-vragen van medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken en mutaties goed worden vastgelegd in onze systemen. Je houdt overzicht, signaleert wanneer actie nodig is en denkt actief mee over hoe we onze HR-processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen organiseren. Verantwoordelijkheden - Verzorgen van de HR-administratie en personeelsdossiers, waaronder het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, verlengingen, addenda en overige HR-documenten. - Verwerken en controleren van verlof, verzuim en payrollmutaties. - Bewaken van aflopende contracten, proeftijden en andere belangrijke HR-momenten. - Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor praktische HR-vragen van medewerkers. - Coördineren van onboarding en offboarding. - Ondersteunen bij contracten, visa en indiensttreding van internationale medewerkers. - Bijhouden en verbeteren van HR-processen en p...
