Dan is deze rol bij Biggelaar Groep iets voor jou. In deze functie zorg je niet alleen dat de HR-administratie op orde is, maar krijg je ook de kans om mee te bouwen aan processen en werkwijzen die nog verder vorm mogen krijgen. Veel zaken zijn volop in ontwikkeling, waardoor jouw ideeën en initiatief echt het verschil maken. Je beheert personeelsgegevens en dossiers, ondersteunt bij in-, door- en uitstroom en zorgt ervoor dat HR-processen zorgvuldig worden uitgevoerd. Tegelijkertijd kijk je kritisch naar hoe dingen zijn ingericht. Zie jij mogelijkheden om processen slimmer, duidelijker of efficiënter te maken? Dan krijg je alle ruimte om daarmee aan de slag te gaan. Je voelt je prettig in een omgeving waar nog niet alles volledig vastligt, brengt structuur aan waar nodig en helpt mee aan het verder neerzetten van een stevige HR-basis voor de toekomst. Klinkt dit als een rol die bij jou past? Wat ga je doen? Als HR Officer bij Biggelaar Groep zorg jij ervoor dat de dagelijkse HR-processen goed verlopen. Je bent voor medewerkers het eerste aanspreekpunt voor praktische HR-vragen en zorgt ervoor dat personeelsgegevens, dossiers en afspraken correct en actueel zijn. Een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw functie is verzuimcoördinatie. Je houdt overzicht over lopende verzuimdossiers, bewaakt acties en termijnen en zorgt voor een correcte vastlegging. Je stemt regelmatig af met onze casemanager verzuim en betrokken leidinggevenden. Wanneer een dossier complexer wordt of inhoudelijke HR-advisering nodig is, schakel je met de HR Adviseur.
