Jobomschrijving

Als HR Officer ben je een sleutelfiguur binnen het HR-team en zorg je voor een vlotte en correcte verwerking van alle payroll- en personeelsadministratieve processen.

Je staat in voor:

  • De maandelijkse loonverwerking in samenwerking met externe en interne stakeholders.
  • Het beheer van personeelsdossiers gedurende de volledige employee lifecycle, van onboarding tot uitstroom.
  • De opvolging van afwezigheden, tijdsregistratie, verloven en diverse sociale dossiers.
  • Het beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden rond payroll, arbeidsrecht en HR-administratie.
  • Het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, sociale documenten en HR-gerelateerde attesten.
  • Het verzekeren van de correcte toepassing van de Belgische sociale wetgeving en interne procedures.
  • Het aanleveren van HR-rapporteringen en analyses ter ondersteuning van het management.
  • Het meewerken aan de verdere optimalisatie en digitalisering van HR-processen.
  • Bacheloropleiding in HR, administratie of een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Minimum 8 jaar ervaring binnen payroll en personeelsadministratie.
  • Grondige kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen een industriële of productieomgeving is een plus.
  • Sterke kennis van MS Office, met een uitstekende beheersing van Excel.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en sterk in administratieve opvolging.
  • Discreet, betrouwbaar en nauwkeurig in de omgang met vertrouwelijke gegevens.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken, zonder de teamspirit uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Perfect tweetalig Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
