HR officer (per direct) Hybride Parttime/Fulltime Staf Ben jij iemand die overzicht houdt als alles tegelijk gebeurt? Die ziet wat er moet gebeuren en het gewoon regelt? En wil je werken in een organisatie waar het tempo hoog ligt en geen dag hetzelfde is? Dan is dit jouw rol. Wat ga je doen? Als HR Officer bij VDH Company zorg jij dat HR blijft draaien. Achter de schermen, maar cruciaal voor het geheel. Jij zorgt dat processen kloppen, dossiers op orde zijn en niets blijft liggen. Je werkt voor meerdere business units: Customs, Transport, Fresh Logistics, Dedicated Fresh Logistics, Dry Logistics en Packing. Zes verschillende werelden, elk met hun eigen dynamiek. Juist daarin houd jij het overzicht en breng je structuur. Je schakelt dagelijks met HR Adviseurs en zorgt dat zij door kunnen, omdat jij de basis strak organiseert. Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Je stelt contracten op en verwerkt deze correct en op tijd - Je verwerkt en controleert mutaties in systemen - Je ondersteunt bij in- en uitdiensttredingen - Je houdt personeelsdossiers volledig en up-to-date - Je controleert contractmutaties en stemt af waar nodig - Je regelt HR-gerelateerde zaken zoals bedrijfskleding - Je bewaakt deadlines en houdt overzicht - Je ondersteunt het HR-team in de dagelijkse operatie - Je beheert de HR-mailbox en zorgt dat vragen snel en goed worden opgepakt - Je verwerkt en bewaakt dossiers rondom verzuim, UWV en pensioen Wat hebben wij jou te bieden?
