The posting

Als HR Officer ben je een belangrijke spil binnen de HR-afdeling en combineer je zowel hard HR (payroll & administratie) als soft HR (welzijn & engagement).

Achter de productie staat een betrokken team van medewerkers, en daar speel jij een sleutelrol in.

Je zorgt voor een correcte payroll, maar draagt ook actief bij aan het welzijn van de medewerkers.

Daarnaast werk je actief mee aan optimalisaties en HR-procedures.

Als medewerker op de personeelsdienst straal je vertrouwen uit en handel je steeds professioneel, positief en oplossingsgericht. Je vormt een hecht team met de collega’s op HR en rapporteert aan de HR manager.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Hard HR Loonverwerking voor arbeiders

Correcte toepassing van de sociale wetgeving in dagelijkse praktijk

Beheer van personeelsdossiers en HR-administratie

Aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij vragen rond loon, prestaties en sociale documenten

Soft HR-Actief

Meewerken aan welzijnsinitiatieven op de werkvloer (o.a. rond verzuim en attenties)

Verantwoordelijk voor interne communicatie

Analyse, opvolging en rapportering van ziekteverzuim, ondersteuning bij verzuimgesprekken

Bijdragen aan een positieve en verbindende werksfeer.

Correcte opvolging van de tijdsregistraties in ProTime en opvolging van prestaties

Rekrutering van arbeidersprofielen

Ondersteuning bij Learning & Development

Bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

Enkele jaren ervaring in payroll (arbeiderscontext) en een goede kennis van sociale wetgeving

Goede kennis van ProTime is een must.

Ervaring met eBlox is een sterke troef

Nederlandstalig met een vlotte kennis van Frans

Goede kennis van Excel. Kennis Adobe is een mooie plus.
