Over de functie

Voor een gevestigde speler binnen de zakelijke en professionele dienstverlening in regio Antwerpen zoeken we een HR Officer met een sterke focus op talent acquisition en HR administratie.

Precies daarom bestaat deze rol. Je wordt de spilfiguur tussen kandidaten, hiring managers en de dagelijkse hr werking. Aan de ene kant neem je het volledige rekruteringsproces in handen, van intake tot aanwerving. Aan de andere kant bewaak je de hr administratie van A tot Z, zodat elk dossier klopt en elke medewerker correct wordt opgevolgd.

Het betreft een tijdelijke opdracht met opstart zo snel mogelijk, tot en met 30 november 2026 voor 4 a 5 dagen per week.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Leiden van het volledige rekruteringsproces van A tot Z: intake met de hiring manager, vacaturecreatie, screening, interviews en de finale selectie.
  • Bouwen en onderhouden van talentpools en het gericht inzetten van sourcingtechnieken om zowel actieve als passieve kandidaten te bereiken.
  • Bewaken van de candidate experience als (mede) proceseigenaar, met transparante communicatie en een consistente opvolging in elke fase van het traject.
  • Beheren van de personeelsdossiers en de administratieve verwerking van elke personeelswijziging, van indiensttreding tot uitdiensttreding.

Wie we zoeken

  • Een bachelor of masterdiploma in HR of een gelijkwaardige achtergrond, opgebouwd door ervaring.
  • 1 tot 5 jaar ervaring als HR Officer of talent acquisition specialist, bij voorkeur in een omgeving met kennisprofielen.
  • Sterke beheersing van het volledige recruitmentproces, van sourcing en screening tot selectie, inclusief het benaderen van passieve kandidaten.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met HR administratie: arbeidsovereenkomsten, personeelsdossiers en de opvolging van personeelswijzigingen.
  • Een gestructureerde, nauwkeurige en zelfstandige werkaanpak, waarmee je meerdere dossiers tegelijk vlot beheert zonder details te verliezen.
  • Vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands en een professioneel niveau Engels
