Onze klant is een sterke Belgische KMO met verschillende vestigingen in Oost-Vlaanderen en West-Vlaanderen. De organisatie staat bekend om haar ondernemende mentaliteit, korte communicatielijnen en open bedrijfscultuur. Medewerkers krijgen veel autonomie en worden aangemoedigd om initiatief te nemen. Wie graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en wil werken in een omgeving waar beslissingen snel genomen worden, zal zich hier meteen thuis voelen.

Jobomschrijving

  • Beheer van het wagenpark en opvolging van de administratieve processen hierrond.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor een correcte HR-administratie.
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met vragen rond payroll en personeelsdossiers.
  • Ondersteunen van de payrollvoorbereiding voor de externe sociale partners.
  • Rekrutering van zowel arbeiders als bedienden.
  • Coördineren van het onboardingproces voor nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Actief aanwezig zijn op de verschillende vestigingen en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de HR Manager/COO rond uiteenlopende HR-projecten en operationele
  • Je hebt reeds relevante ervaring binnen een brede HR-functie.
  • Ervaring met payrollvoorbereiding en HR-administratie is noodzakelijk.
  • Affiniteit met wagenparkbeheer is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, pragmatisch en kan snel je weg vinden binnen een nieuwe omgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans, voornamelijk schriftelijk.
  • Je bent discreet en gaat professioneel om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je houdt van een directe communicatiecultuur en kan constructieve feedback goed plaatsen.
  • Je bent bereid om wekelijks aanwezig te zijn op verschillende vestigingen binnen Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.
  • Een diploma is mooi meegenomen, maar relevante ervaring primeert.
