De job

  • De rekrutering ondersteunen door vacatures te publiceren, kandidaten op te zoeken en actief contact te leggen met potentiële medewerkers.
  • De binnenkomende sollicitaties screenen, telefonische kennismakingsgesprekken voeren en zorgen voor een correcte opvolging van kandidaten gedurende het volledige selectieproces.
  • Het inplannen van sollicitatiegesprekken en het onderhouden van het contact met kandidaten en hiring managers.
  • Je beheert mee de HR-mailbox en bent een aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met vragen rond personeelsadministratie.
  • De dagelijkse personeelsadministratie ondersteunen. Je volgt afwezigheden, ziektes, verloven en tijdsregistraties mee op en verwerkt deze in de HR-systemen.
  • Je staat in voor de planning en administratieve opvolging van jobstudenten, beheert de prestaties en zorgt voor de communicatie met de betrokken afdelingen en het interimkantoor.
  • Je ondersteunt bij HR-rapporteringen en zorgt ervoor dat gegevens correct en tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
  • Meewerken aan verschillende HR-projecten en actief denken over optimalisaties binnen onze HR-processen.
  • Je rapporteert aan de HR Manager en werkt nauw samen met het HR-team.
