Als HR Officer ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en bied je administratieve ondersteuning aan je collega's in het HR-team. Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en omvat onder andere:

  • Ondersteunen van de payrollvoorbereiding en HR-administratie.
  • Coördineren van een warm en professioneel onboardingtraject voor nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Opvolgen van afwezigheden, arbeidsongevallen en opleidingen.
  • Fungeren als toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers.
  • Ondersteunen van de HR Business Partner bij uiteenlopende HR-initiatieven.
  • Opmaken van HR-rapportages en administratieve analyses.
  • Beheren van contacten met interimpartners en externe leveranciers.
  • Controleren van facturen en verzorgen van HR-gerelateerde bestellingen.
  • Bijdragen aan een efficiënte en klantgerichte HR-dienstverlening.
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante HR ervaring of hebt een bachelordiploma behaald in een relevante richting.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en communicatief.
  • Je bent flexibel en positief ingesteld, en kan goed omgaan met verandering.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en vindt het leuk om bij te springen waar nodig.
