Krijg jij energie van mensen, processen én het oplossen van uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken? Als HR Officer ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat HR-processen soepel verlopen, ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij personele vraagstukken en bent een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers. Van recruitment en onboarding tot verzuimbegeleiding en personeelsadministratie: jij zorgt dat alles goed geregeld is. Je vervult deze rol zelfstandig, maar staat er zeker niet alleen voor. Je werkt nauw samen met externe partners, waaronder de salarisadministratie en onze HR-adviseur, die je ondersteunen bij specialistische of complexe HR-vraagstukken. Daarnaast denk je mee over verbeteringen in HR-processen en draag je bij aan een professionele en toekomstbestendige HR-organisatie. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist die veelzijdigheid maakt deze functie zo interessant. Wat je gaat doen: - Regelen van de in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers van administratieve vastlegging tot het voeren van gesprekken; - Coördineren van recruitment, onboarding en verzuimtrajecten van A-Z; - Ondersteunen van leidinggevende bij personele vraagstukken, uiteenlopend van vragen over verlof tot het opzetten van een ontwikkelplan; - Signaleren van verbeterkansen binnen HR en bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van Antonisen als sterke en aantrekkelijke werkgever. Je bent organisatorisch sterk, houdt overzicht en gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
