Inmiddels zijn we uitgegroeid tot een modern, snelgroeiend familiebedrijf met zes populaire vestigingen in Amsterdam, Utrecht en Londen. We serveren dagelijks kwalitatieve, duurzame en creatieve gerechten met passie en plezier. Volgend jaar openen we ons tweede restaurant overseas: Curaçao! Daarnaast hebben we onze speakeasy-bar-restaurant Zum Barbarossa (Amsterdam & Londen) en hebben we afgelopen januari een heel nieuw concept geopend: House of Noa in de Beurs van Berlage met high quality temaki, cocktails en dansen tot in de late uurtjes. The Seafood Bar Group blijft dus groeien en daarom zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren HR Operations professional die van aanpakken weet en direct impact maakt. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met de HR Manager, HR Operations Officer en onze Inhouse Recruiter. Samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor het volledige HR-beleid binnen onze restaurants (300+ collega's). Jij wordt het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze teams en managers op HR-vraagstukken. Je leidt complexe gesprekken, begeleidt verzuimtrajecten, borgt wet- en regelgeving en zorgt dat onze HR-processen soepel lopen. Tegelijkertijd krijg je ook de ruimte om mee te bouwen aan onze strategische lange termijn HR-agenda zoals: processen optimaliseren, beleid aanscherpen, cultuur en talentontwikkeling. Kortom: een rol waarin je echt naast het management staat en mede de richting bepaalt.
