Dan is dit de perfecte baan voor jou! Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker HR Operations zorg je ervoor dat alle HR-werkzaamheden nauwkeurig worden uitgevoerd. Je komt terecht in een gezellig en zelfsturend team van zeven collega's. Samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de HR-administratie, waarbij we ook kijken naar de toekomst: hoe kunnen we onze processen verder digitaliseren en optimaliseren met behulp van nieuwe tools en AI? Verdere verantwoordelijkheden: - Nauwkeurige administratie: je zorgt samen met je collega's voor de tijdige verwerking van mutaties, arbeidsovereenkomsten en overige correspondentie; - Procesoptimalisatie: je toont eigenaarschap in het continu verbeteren van onze werkwijze. Je onderzoekt waar automatisering of slimme AI-ondersteuning ons werk efficiënter kan maken; - Advies en regelgeving: je past de huidige wet- en regelgeving en de cao toe en informeert medewerkers en leidinggevenden hierover; - Eerste aanspreekpunt: je beantwoordt vragen over contracten en arbeidsvoorwaarden en werkt nauw samen met HR Consultants en de afdeling Payroll; - Kwaliteitsbewaking: kan er iets slimmer of sneller?
