Jij beheert inhuur, onboarding en Proactis bij een grote verzekeraar. Wat ga je doen? Ben jij een echte regelaar, communiceer je makkelijk en houd je ook bij meerdere taken het overzicht? Als HR Operations Medewerker bij a.s.r. Utrecht zorg je ervoor dat de administratie en begeleiding van externe medewerkers goed geregeld zijn. Je schakelt met managers, uitzendbureaus en HR-collega's, bewaakt afspraken en zorgt dat nieuwe medewerkers goed voorbereid aan de slag kunnen. Een veelzijdige functie waarin jouw organisatietalent en zelfstandigheid goed van pas komen! Jou werkzaamheden In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve ondersteuning van het inhuurproces. Van het opvolgen van kandidaatvoorstellen tot het verwerken van contractwijzigingen: jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Je werkt met Proactis en hebt contact met verschillende partijen om processen tijdig en correct af te handelen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Vragen beantwoorden: Je beheert de mailbox van de inhuurdesk en helpt managers, uitzendbureaus en externe medewerkers met hun vragen. - Kandidaten en aanvragen opvolgen: Je houdt openstaande aanvragen bij, deelt kandidaatvoorstellen met managers en vraagt actief om feedback. - Gesprekken inplannen: Je stemt de agenda's van betrokken partijen op elkaar af en legt sollicitatieafspraken vast. - Nieuwe medewerkers onboarden: Je verzamelt de benodigde startgegevens, coördineert screenings en controleert of documenten, zoals een VOG, op tijd binnenkomen. - Contracten en wijzigingen verwerken: Je maakt inhuurcontracten aan in Proactis en verwerkt onder andere verlengingen, uitdiensttredingen en wijzigingen in arbeidsvoorwaarden of kostenplaatsen. - Afstemmen met HR Services: Je regelt personeelsnummers en zorgt dat relevante wijzig...
