Vacature details Solliciteren Functieomschrijving Als HR Operations Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's en leidinggevenden met HR-vragen. Van een praktische vraag over een contract of personeelsmutatie tot het meedenken over een HR-proces: jij zorgt ervoor dat vragen op de juiste plek terechtkomen en tijdig worden opgevolgd. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met onze HR-adviseurs en ondersteun je hen waar nodig. Ook achter de schermen zorg je ervoor dat onze HR-administratie goed op orde is. Je verwerkt in-, door- en uitstroom, verzorgt en controleert salarismutaties en houdt de digitale personeelsdossiers zorgvuldig bij. Daarnaast beheer je het wagenpark en zorg je ervoor dat de administratie rondom leaseauto's en andere voertuiggerelateerde zaken goed wordt geregeld. Je werkt nauwkeurig en vindt het belangrijk dat afspraken en processen goed worden gevolgd. Naast de dagelijkse werkzaamheden denk je actief mee over hoe we onze HR-dienstverlening steeds slimmer en beter kunnen maken. Zie je dat iets makkelijker, sneller of duidelijker kan? Dan kom je in actie. Zo werk je bijvoorbeeld mee aan het verbeteren van ons onboardingsproces en het verder automatiseren van de salarisadministratie. Samen zorgen we voor minder handmatig werk, meer overzicht en een professionele dienstverlening aan onze collega's. Je maakt deel uit van een centraal HR-team van zeven collega's. Binnen het team werken verschillende expertises samen: HR Support, HR Advies, Learning & Development, Recruitment en Head of HR.
