The posting

Voor onze productiesite in Comines, waar er dagelijks overheerlijke koekjes van de band rollen, zoals speculoos, cigarettes, kokosrochers en American Cookies, zijn we op zoek naar een HR Partner.

Als HR Partner speel je een sleutelrol binnen onze productiesite in Comines met 140 medewerkers. Jij zorgt voor een vlotte HR-werking én een warme, mensgerichte aanpak. Je bent het aanspreekpunt op de site en de verbindende schakel tussen medewerkers en management.

Samen met het managementteam van de site, waar je actief lid van bent, bouw je actief mee aan de groei, innovatie en toekomst zodat we met trots de lekkerste koekjes blijven maken.

Personeelsbeheer en opvolging

  • Je beheert contracten en personeelsdossiers in nauwe samenwerking met je payroll-collega
  • Je volgt in- en uitdiensttredingen en het organigram op
  • Je staat in voor verzuimbeheer en de opvolging van afwezigheden
  • Je volgt interne policies op
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers

Rekrutering & onboarding

  • Je werkt samen met de plant manager en supervisors aan een warm en professioneel onthaalbeleid, zodat nieuwe medewerkers zich meteen thuis voelen binnen de Poppies-familie
  • Je stelt vacatures op in samenwerking met de recruiter
  • Je werkt samen met de interimpartner en volgt de KPI’s op
  • Je begeleidt de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers (contract, introductie en opleiding)

HR-processen

  • Je coacht en ondersteunt leidinggevenden (ploegchefs) bij o.a. het voeren van performancegesprekken
  • Je staat in voor de opleidingsplanning en het competentiebeheer
  • Je ondersteunt bij audits en sociale inspecties
  • Je werkt mee aan organisatieontwikkeling en treedt op als change manager bij veranderingen, met duidelijke communicatie als prioriteit

Je rapporteert hiërarchisch aan de HR manager België, en functioneel aan de Plant Manager.
