Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Payroll Expert Consultant zal je worden ingeschakeld voor tijdelijke HR en Payroll projecten bij onze klanten. Een doorsnee opdracht duurt gemiddeld 5 maanden en brengt je telkens in een nieuwe omgeving of sector. Zo kom je telkens in aanraking met verschillende paritaire comité's, payroll softwares, HR informatiesystemen en sociale secretariaten. Het takenpakket is daardoor zeer gevarieerd en bestaat meestal uit:

  • Zelfstandig verwerken van de lonen, al dan niet in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat, waarbij ook de complexe berekeningen aan te pas komen zoals eindejaarspremies, vakantiegeld, ontslagpremies, bonussen, etc..
  • Aanspreekpunt voor management, andere afdelingen en externe providers (bijv. sociaal secretariaat)
  • Opvolgen van dossiers inzake groepsverzekeringen, arbeidsongevallen, …
  • Uitwerken, aanpassen, verbeteren van HR policies, arbeidsreglementen,…
  • Rapportering & analyses van HR-gerelateerd cijfermateriaal

Jouw profiel

Een HR & Payroll consultant is van alle markten thuis. Naast ervaring en motivatie voor HR & Payroll is de juiste ingesteldheid minstens zo belangrijk. Je kan je gemakkelijk aanpassen aan nieuwe omgevingen en mensen. Wat verwachten we verder van jou?

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring opgedaan in payroll op de HR-afdeling van een onderneming of bij een sociaal secretariaat.
  • Omgaan met cijfers én mensen ligt jou. Het verzorgen van een nauwkeurige HR-administratie en een correcte loonberekening geeft je voldoening.
  • Ondertussen heb je ook de nodige kennis opgebouwd van bepaalde payroll software. Ook met Excel kan je vlot overweg.
  • Je hebt goede kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving en volgt met interesse de ontwikkelingen op dat vlak.
  • Door je talenkennis (Nederlands, Frans, Engels) kan je omgaan met collega's in binnen- en buitenland.
  • Je beschikt over een echte service-mentaliteit en je krijgt voldoening om mensen te helpen.
  • Bijleren is voor jou een vereiste in je job en je verwacht van je werkgever dat hij je hierin bijstaat.
  • Je bent op zoek naar een werkgever die rekening houdt met je persoonlijke verwachtingen en je professionele ambities.
