Om ons Payroll Partners team in Brussel te versterken zijn we op zoek naar meerdere Payroll Consultants on-site op vlak van payrollverwerking en personeelsadministratie.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

Als Hr Payroll consultant On-Site werk je elke dag voor de klant, bij de klant. Op maandbasis combineer je meerdere klanten, afhankelijk van hun behoeften en jouw planning. Je stelt je op als partner van de klant en bent volledig autonoom wanneer het gaat over een correcte verwerking van de loonadministratie, de optimalisatie van de processen en advies in het algemeen.

Je hebt al meerdere ervaringen met één of meerdere loonprogramma's en bent bereid je helemaal te verdiepen in de tools van Partena. Omdat je het aanspreekpunt bent van je klant, de HR medewerkers en alle werknemers van de onderneming spreek je meerdere talen.

Vereisten

¿ Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in payroll, en wilt graag jouw kennis en expertise uitbreiden.
  • Je hebt een toegepaste kennis sociaal recht en een degelijke kennis van payrolltools.
  • Je hebt minstens een C1-niveau in het Nederlands en in het Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een troef!
  • Je bent een ondernemende duizendpoot die zich klant- en oplossingsgericht opstelt.
  • Je stelt je op als teamspeler die tijd maakt voor uitwisseling en kennisdeling.
  • Je bent flexibel om je te verplaatsen naar onze klanten in regio Brussel.
