Voor onze klant, een onderneming actief in de farmaceutische sector, zijn wij op zoek naar een HR & Payroll Medewerker die instaat voor personeelsadministratie en payrollgerelateerde taken, en tegelijk een veelzijdige ondersteuning biedt aan het HR-team.

Jobomschrijving

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de volgende domeinen:

Payroll en personeelsadministratie

  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van de loonverwerking in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat.
  • Je controleert en verwerkt gegevens met betrekking tot lonen en prestaties.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en up-to-date personeelsadministratie.

HR-ondersteuning

  • Je neemt deel aan de verschillende activiteiten van de HR-afdeling.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van medewerkers met betrekking tot personeelsadministratie.
  • Je volgt diverse HR-processen op en werkt mee aan hun optimalisatie.

Administratief beheer

  • Je voert uiteenlopende administratieve taken uit binnen HR.
  • Je actualiseert documenten, databanken en rapporteringen die nodig zijn voor de goede werking van de afdeling.

Beschik je over onderstaande kennis, vaardigheden en kwaliteiten? Dan ben jij misschien de kandidaat die we zoeken!

Talen en diploma

  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans.
  • Gevorderde kennis van het Engels (internationale contacten).
  • Opleiding in Human Resources, administratie of een gelijkaardige richting.

Ervaring en competenties

  • Je hebt 2 à 3 jaar ervaring in een HR-functie met blootstelling aan payroll.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van personeelsadministratie.
  • Ervaring in samenwerking met een sociaal secretariaat is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en in staat om meerdere prioriteiten tegelijk te beheren.
  • Je houdt van een veelzijdige functie die HR en administratie combineert.
