Als Payroll Officer maak je deel uit van een nieuwe entiteit die krachten bundelt om klanten een excellente service te verlenen binnen de expertise van Payroll.

Als ervaren Payroll Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige loonverwerking van jouw klantenportefeuille. Je bent niet enkel een aanspreekpunt voor sociaal-juridische vragen, maar vooral ook een payroll professional die zelf de loonberekeningen uitvoert en opvolgt.

Concreet betekent dit

  • Zelfstandig uitvoeren van loonberekeningen van A tot Z voor een eigen klantenportefeuille.
  • Correct verwerken en opvolgen van alle payroll- en personeelsadministratie.
  • Adviseren en ondersteunen van klanten bij sociaal-juridische en administratieve vragen, in samenwerking met de juridische dienst.
  • Opvolgen van wijzigingen in de sociale wetgeving en deze correct toepassen in de loonverwerking.
  • Sporadisch geven van opleidingen of presentaties aan klanten of collega's.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in payroll bij een sociaal secretariaat en bent vertrouwd met het zelfstandig uitvoeren van loonberekeningen van A tot Z.
  • Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van sociale wetgeving en weet deze correct toe te passen in de praktijk.
  • Je werkt vlot met payrollsystemen en administratieve tools.
