Je bent dé vertrouwenspersoon voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers, en je krijgt ruimte om actief mee te bouwen aan een sterke HR-werking.

Geen dag is hier hetzelfde: van loonverwerking en tijdsregistratie over het adviseren bij HR-vragen, tot het meedenken over nieuwe HR-projecten. Je ondersteunt rekrutering en helpt collega's groeien. Jouw betrokkenheid maakt echt het verschil voor het hele bedrijf!

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in payroll en HR-administratie
  • Sterke kennis van sociale wetgeving
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Je weet je weg met MS Office, payrollsoftware en ATS-systemen: sterke kennis van Eblox
  • Je bent enthousiast, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig
