Over de functie

Voor een Belgische producent binnen food & beverages zoeken we een ervaren HR & Payroll Officer. De organisatie maakt al haar producten in eigen huis, in een productieatelier dat dag en nacht draait. Ze investeert volop in extra capaciteit, nieuwe technologie en vooral in haar mensen.

Binnen het HR team word je de vertrouwde schakel voor de arbeiders. Samen met het sociaal secretariaat zorg je voor een correcte arbeiderspayroll. Je volgt de tijdsregistratie en de afwezigheden op en je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle HR vragen van de werkvloer.

Het betreft een freelance of interim opdracht van maximaal 3 dagen per week tot eind december 2026, met mogelijkheid tot verlenging.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Voorbereiden en controleren van de arbeiderspayroll in samenwerking met SD Worx, via eBlox
  • Opvolgen van de tijdsregistratie via ProTime en het correct doorzetten van prestaties, ploegen en premies
  • Verwerken van voorschotten en loonbetalingen, correct en op tijd
  • Wekelijks verwerken van de prestaties van interimkrachten en het controleren van hun tijdsregistratie
  • Verwerken van ziektebriefjes en afwezigheidsattesten, volgens de sociale wetgeving
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle HR vragen van de arbeiders, in het Nederlands en in het Frans
  • Afhandelen van de onboarding van nieuwe collega’s: documenten, verzekering en badges
  • Coördineren van griepvaccinaties en periodieke medische onderzoeken met de externe dienst, en mee organiseren van events voor de medewerkers

Wie we zoeken

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in arbeiderspayroll, over de volledige payrollcyclus
  • Grondige kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving en de administratieve opvolging errond
  • Kennis van PC 118 en PC 220 (voedingsnijverheid) is een sterke troef
  • Ervaring met SD Worx (eBlox) en ProTime is een pluspunt, geen must
  • Vlot Nederlands en Frans, mondeling en schriftelijk
  • Nauwkeurig, discreet en toegankelijk: de lonen van mensen gaan door jouw handen
  • Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
