HR Payroll Officer Arbeiders – Drongen

Word de spil tussen onze arbeiders en een correcte loonverwerking

Bij Willemen Infra zoeken we een HR Payroll Officer die energie haalt uit een combinatie van nauwkeurige payroll én menselijk contact op de werkvloer.

Je staat in voor de payroll van zo’n 300 arbeiders (PC124) en +/- 30-50 uitzendkrachten en je bent tegelijk een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor HR-gerelateerde vragen.

Jouw rol

Je zorgt ervoor dat alles rond payroll en personeelsadministratie correct, tijdig en professioneel verloopt.

Concreet:

  • Je verwerkt de lonen (2-wekelijks) samen met sociaal secretariaat Attentia
  • Je zet prestaties uit ons ERP-Systeem om naar correcte loon- en toeslagcodes
  • Je volgt dossiers op rond o.a. ziekte, verlof, tijdelijke werkloosheid en mobiliteit (track & trace)
  • Je beheert personeelsdossiers en sociale documenten
  • Je behandelt complexere thema’s zoals tijdskrediet, thematische verloven, onderzoek werkhervatting en re-integratie
  • Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor arbeiders en leidinggevenden
  • Je denkt mee na over optimalisaties en helpt bij de implementatie van ons nieuw ERP-systeem

Kortom: jij beheert payroll van A tot Z én maakt het verschil voor onze mensen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een bachelor HR of gelijkwaardig
  • Je hebt ervaring met payroll (ervaring in bouw is een grote plus)
  • Je kent het Belgisch sociaal recht en arbeidsrecht en schoolt jezelf permanent bij
  • Je spreekt Nederlands, en kan je vlot behelpen met Frans en Engels
  • Je bent administratief sterk en digitaal vaardig
  • Je communiceert helder en bouwt makkelijk vertrouwen op
  • Je werkt graag in team, maar neemt ook eigen verantwoordelijkheid
