Functieomschrijving In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en voortgang van het volledige verloningsproces. De dagelijkse salarisadministratie wordt verzorgd door drie betrokken collega's. Jij neemt deze werkzaamheden niet structureel over, maar kunt wel inspringen tijdens vakantie, ziekte of een tijdelijk tekort aan capaciteit. Je bewaakt de wekelijkse en vierwekelijkse verloning en bent het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor het team. Je ondersteunt de drie collega's bij complexe salarisvraagstukken en escalaties, maar kijkt ook verder dan alleen de directe oplossing. Je onderzoekt waar afwijkingen ontstaan en zorgt ervoor dat processen slimmer en minder foutgevoelig worden ingericht. Wat verwachten we van jou? Jij bent een ervaren salarisprofessional die overzicht bewaart, eigenaarschap toont en verder kijkt dan alleen de dagelijkse verwerking. Je kunt complexe vraagstukken vertalen naar praktische oplossingen en vindt het leuk om collega's inhoudelijk verder te helpen. - Minimaal vijf jaar relevante ervaring binnen salarisadministratie en backoffice; - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau; - Ervaring binnen de uitzendbranche, payroll of een andere complexe flexomgeving; - Een afgeronde PDL-opleiding; - Bij voorkeur een VPS-diploma of de ambitie om deze opleiding te volgen; - Goede kennis van cao's, arbeidsvoorwaarden en re...
