Deze sterke HR-partner uit Lokeren ondersteunt KMO's met sociaal-juridisch advies, payroll en allround hard HR-consultancy. In plaats van een klassiek sociaal secretariaat werken zij met een inhouse formule, waarbij ze zich volledig verdiepen in de werking en cultuur van hun klanten. Zaakvoerster Eline bouwde de voorbije jaren een gezonde en succesvolle onderneming uit.

De organisatie is ambitieus en gebrand om nog meer ondernemingen te kunnen voorzien van HR-advies op maat. Hiervoor is Eline op zoek naar haar eerste teamlid (m/v/x): HR & Payroll Specialist

Wat ga je doen?

Als HR & Payroll Specialist krijg je de kans om verschillende KMO-klanten van A tot Z te ondersteunen en een belangrijke rol te spelen binnen hun HR-beleid. Je neemt daarbij onder andere volgende verantwoordelijkheden op:

  • Je beheert de payroll van A tot Z (voor arbeiders en bedienden) en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct en tijdig verwerkt wordt
  • Je behandelt sociaal-juridische dossiers zoals ziekte, ouderschapsverlof, tijdskrediet, ontslag en je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen hierover
  • Je begeleidt onboardingstrajecten van nieuwe medewerkers, van contracten en Dimonaaangiftes tot loonadvies en administratieve opvolging
  • Je adviseert medewerkers en zaakvoerders bij uiteenlopende HR-vragen en denkt actief mee over HR-optimalisaties en loonbeleid

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring binnen hard HR en beschikt over een goede kennis van de sociale wetgeving
  • Je hebt ervaring met verschillende paritaire comités, zowel met arbeiders als bedienden
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, denkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je hebt een oprechte interesse in payroll en sociale wetgeving. Je bent nieuwsgierig en wil graag blijven bijleren
  • Je bent een doorzetter die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, initiatief toont en steeds op zoek gaat naar de juiste oplossing
