Dat doe je als people & culture manager bij IKEA Duiven. Jouw werk gaat daarom verder dan dat van een HR-manager. In deze functie van 36-40 uur creëer jij een werkomgeving waarin de waarden van IKEA echt tot leven komen. En dat doe je in dezelfde bedrijfskleding als de medewerkers in de winkel. Jij houdt je bezig met vragen als: hoe zorgen we voor een goede ontwikkeling van onze medewerkers en een prettige werkomgeving? Omdat jij ook elke week diensten draait in de winkel, weet je precies wat er op de werkvloer speelt. Een dag met ons in jouw leven Jij gaat aan de slag binnen team People & Culture. Als manager vervul je de rol van strategisch businesspartner en draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de business. Je bent dus onderdeel van het managementteam en tegelijkertijd sparringpartner. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de people-agenda op de agenda van het MT staat én blijft staan. Zo ben je verantwoordelijk voor de lokale toepassing van de recruitmentstrategie, duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers, een goede successieplanning en nog veel meer. In deze functie combineer je nadenken over visie en beleid met de praktische uitvoering daarvan. Wat je verder gaat doen: • Overleggen met het managementteam. Je bespreekt cijfers op het gebied van verzuim, recruitment en retention, wat er speelt in de winkel en wat er de komende tijd op de planning staat • Voeren van één-op-één-gesprekken met managers van verschillende afdelingen; met hen neem je verschillende HR-KPI's door • Opstellen van een health and wellbeing plan op basis van verschillende onderzoeken onder medewerkers, hier acties aan verbinden en deze vervolgens z...
