HR People & Culture Manager De afgelopen jaren zijn we hard gegroeid. En eerlijk gezegd… staan we pas aan het begin. SPECTR is een groeiende internationale IT-dienstverlener, gespecialiseerd in Integration, Cloud en AI. We helpen grote organisaties bij complexe digitale transformaties en zorgen dat technologie niet alleen wordt bedacht, maar ook echt werkt. Inmiddels bestaat ons team uit bijna 40 professionals, verspreid over Nederland, India en de Verenigde Staten. Maar hier is het eerlijke verhaal. Wij zijn ondernemers. Geen HR-mensen. We bouwen aan onze portefeuilles, aan technologie, aan nieuwe proposities en aan onze internationale groei. En daardoor hebben we de afgelopen jaren personeelszaken gewoon zelf opgepakt. Met gezond verstand. Dat heeft ons hier gebracht. Maar het is niet meer genoeg. Dus zoeken we jou. Niet als HR-manager, maar als ondernemer binnen HR. Dat betekent niet dat je in een bestaande HR-afdeling stapt, integendeel. Je krijgt de kans om deze samen met ons op te bouwen. Je krijgt veel vrijheid, veel verantwoordelijkheid en vooral veel vertrouwen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: Je helpt ons bouwen aan een stevig fundament voor de komende jaren. Denk hierbij aan: ontwikkelen van een functiehuis; opzetten van een transparant salarishuis; competentieprofielen; doorgroeipaden; talentontwikkeling; managementontwikkeling; strategische personeelsplanning. Recruitment & Employer Branding Onze mensen maken het verschil, daarom help je ons om recruitment naar een hoger niveau te brengen.
