Wat je gaat doen In een klein HR-team met directe lijnen naar het leadership en de business ben jij de adviseur waar leidinggevenden op terugvallen als het er echt toe doet. Je werkt aan vraagstukken die impact hebben op individuen, teams en de organisatie als geheel. Geen uitgebreide goedkeuringstrajecten, wel de ruimte om je eigen aanpak te kiezen en die ook zelf tot uitvoering te brengen. Deze rol is bedoeld om: - Leidinggevenden voorzien van inhoudelijk advies op de zwaarste people-vraagstukken, van performance tot teamdynamiek - Eigenaarschap nemen over individuele HR-casuïstiek, inclusief vertrekgesprekken en de inzichten die daaruit volgen - Bijdragen aan de inrichting van leiderschapsontwikkeling, career paths en L&D binnen Northwave - De medewerkers kant van de organisatie zichtbaar en bespreekbaar houden op het niveau waar besluiten vallen Kernverantwoordelijkheden: - Advies aan leidinggevenden. Eerste aanspreekpunt voor business unit leads bij performance-, verzuim- en teamvraagstukken, met praktische en doordachte adviezen. - Eigenaarschap van casuïstiek.
