Onze klant is een gevestigde en financieel gezonde rederij in de ruime regio rond Deurne, gespecialiseerd in transport via de binnenvaart. Met een uitgebreide eigen vloot garanderen zij dagelijks een vlotte en veilige logistieke dienstverlening voor grote internationale spelers.

In deze rol als HR & Personeelsplanner Binnenvaart ben je de cruciale spil voor de volledige bemanning aan boord. Jij puzzelt niet alleen de lange termijn personeelsplanningen naadloos in elkaar, maar schakelt ook razendsnel bij ad-hoc situaties zoals ziekte of onverwachte wissels. Je bent de vertrouwenspersoon en onderhandelaar voor de bemanningsleden en neemt actief HR-taken op zich, zoals rekrutering en bemiddeling.

Functieomschrijving

  • Opstellen en coördineren van de personeelsplanning voor zo'n 40 schepen en 350 bemanningsleden, rekening houdend met de juiste kwalificaties en kwaliteiten.
  • Ad-hoc oplossen van onvoorziene situaties zoals ziekte, verloven of noodgevallen om de continuïteit op het water te garanderen.
  • Onderhouden van dagelijks contact met kapiteins en bemanning om wederzijds respect en een goede samenwerking op te bouwen.
  • Bemiddelen bij meningsverschillen en het overtuigen van personeel bij lastige of onverwachte planningswijzigingen.
  • Ondersteunen van diverse HR-processen, waaronder de werving en selectie van nieuw varend personeel, certificatenbeheer en administratie.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over ervaring in een plannings- of HR-gerichte rol (bijvoorbeeld als planner, HR Officer of communicatieve Customer Service Medewerker).
  • Ervaring met de planning van technische of logistieke profielen is een duidelijke troef.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt vlot Nederlands, Engels en Duits, zodat je ook bij dringende telefonische situaties kordaat kunt handelen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, staat sterk in je schoenen en weet mensen op een natuurlijke manier te overtuigen en te verbinden.
