Wie zijn wij

Intratuin Lovendegem, Maldegem en Zwevegem zijn drie solvabele bedrijven waar directe communicatie tussen medewerkers en de eigenaar zeer belangrijk is. Dit familiebedrijf met jarenlange ervaring in de tuinbouw, welke nu geleid wordt door de 2de generatie, zit in een groeiflow en blikt vooruit op expansie. Hiervoor zijn we op zoek naar bekwame medewerkers die meehelpen dit proces tot een goed einde te brengen. We zijn toonaangevend in de tuincentra-sector. Dit willen we blijven behouden door verder te werken aan onze toekomst en marktpositie.

Als familiebedrijf met diverse filialen die als groep heel sterk groeit, zijn we op zoek naar een HR-verantwoordelijke. Verder kom je terecht in een professioneel team waar plezier op het werk centraal staat.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde medewerker die:

  • Stressbestendig is
  • Sociaal aangelegd is en graag drukte om zich heen heeft
  • Houdt van structuur: administratieve knobbel
  • Assertieve houding en staat sterk in zijn/haar schoenen
  • Flexibele houding: verschillende taken combineren
  • Als medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige personeelsbestand, contracten studenten en flexijobs opmaken, sollicitatiegesprekken voeren, planningen interims en studenten opmaken,.. Dit gevarieerd takenpakket kan aangevuld worden met andere taken naar gelang de drukte. Jij als HR verantwoordelijke werkt nauw samen met de boekhouder en de operationeel verantwoordelijke. Ervaring is een pluspunt.
