Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een administratieve en communicatief sterke collega die in zal staan voor de personeelsplanning van uitzendkrachten. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met zowel de klant als de medewerkers en zorg je ervoor dat de personeelsbezetting steeds optimaal georganiseerd is.

Belangrijk: je werkt vier dagen per week vanuit Gent en één dagen per week vanuit Kortrijk.

Jouw takenpakket:

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het dagelijks opmaken, beheren en optimaliseren van de planning.
  • Het inplannen van uitzendkrachten op basis van de behoeften van de klant.
  • Het opvolgen van afwezigheden, vervangingen en last-minute wijzigingen.
  • Het bijhorende administratieve opvolging.
  • Het beantwoorden van vragen van uitzendkrachten rond planning, prestaties en administratie.
  • Het ondersteunen van rekruteringsacties wanneer bijkomende instroom nodig is.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis Frans
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
  • Je bent administratief sterk en stressbestendig
  • Je houdt van actie!
