Je voert operationele taken uit zoals het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, het invoeren en onderhouden van gegevens in de personeelsinformatiesystemen, verlof -en verzuimadministratie, het plannen en opleiden van medewerkers etc. Op recruitment gebied ben je betrokken bij het opstellen en plaatsen van vacatures en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor kandidaten. Je faciliteert en ondersteunt managers bij de uitvoering en toepassing van het HR beleid en denkt mee over proces verbeteringen. Je gaat alle social-media kanalen up-to-date houden. Tevens ben je betrokken bij de organisatie van beurzen. Locatie Klugt Bleiswijk.
