Zo kunnen onze collega's zich iedere dag met volle aandacht inzetten voor de inwoners van de gemeente Leusden. Wat ga je doen? Advies - Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden en medewerkers bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken. - Adviseert over personele aangelegenheden, arbeidsvoorwaarden en de toepassing van wet- en regelgeving. - Je denkt mee over de ontwikkeling en implementatie van HR-beleid, signaleert verbeterkansen en draagt bij aan professionele en werkbare HR-processen. Uitvoering Je neemt een actieve rol in de uitvoering en coördinatie van onze HR-processen. - Je coördineert werving- en selectieprocedures; - stelt vacatureteksten en functieprofielen op; - verzorgt o.a. indiensttredingsgesprekken en exitgesprekken; - coördineert de verzuimbegeleiding en onderhoudt contact met onder andere ArboNed, UWV en verzekeraars; - ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij verzuim- en re-integratievraagstukken; - inventariseert opleidingsbehoeften en coördineert opleidingen en trainingen. Administratie Je zorgt voor een betrouwbare personeels- en salarisadministratie. - Je stelt arbeidsovereenkomsten en contractwijzigingen op; - verzorgt indienst-, doorstroom- en uitdienstprocedures; - beheert personeelsdossiers en HR-systemen; - verwerkt personeels- en salarisadministratieve mutaties; - beheert verlofregelingen en verwerkt onder meer IKB, LBB, reiskosten- en thuiswerkvergoedingen; - verzorgt VOG-aanvragen, werkgeversverklaringen en UWV-aanvragen; - beantwoordt vragen van medewerkers ove...
