Onze divisie Outsourcing is een klein en hecht team in volle groei. Samen met je 2 andere collega's versterk je organisaties tijdens uiteenlopende HR-projecten. Van korte opdrachten tot langdurige trajecten: elk project brengt nieuwe uitdagingen, nieuwe mensen en nieuwe kansen om impact te maken.

De divisie Outsourcing wordt ondersteund door het hoofdkantoor van Let's Work en ons Shared Service Center. Samen met ruim 90 collega's in 20 kantoren delen we kennis, ervaring en succesverhalen.

Jobomschrijving

Als HR Project Consultant versterk je bedrijven in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen met jouw HR-expertise.

Je stapt binnen in een organisatie, maakt de context snel eigen en neemt jouw project met beide handen vast. Je bent geen extra paar handen, maar een HR-partner die meedenkt, initiatief neemt en mee oplossingen bouwt. Je gaat voor de full customer experience om zo impact te maken binnen jouw project(en).

De focus van jouw projecten liggen binnen de brede waaier van HR:

  • Selectie en rekrutering
  • Onboarding, feedback- en exitgesprekken
  • Employer branding
  • Learning & Development
  • Payroll
  • …

Je neemt ownership over jouw projecten en zorgt ervoor dat ze niet alleen succesvol uitgevoerd worden, maar ook een positieve ervaring creëren. Want jouw rol gaat verder dan HR ondersteunen. Jij bouwt mee aan hoe mensen een organisatie ervaren.

Als HR Project Consultant ben jij niet alleen een uithangbord voor de klant, maar ook voor Let's Work. Je bouwt vertrouwen op, denkt vooruit en zorgt ervoor dat elke samenwerking waardevol blijft.

  • Je neemt ownership: Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over jouw projecten, ziet wat nodig is en gaat zelfstandig aan de slag. Je krijgt vertrouwen en gebruikt dat om écht impact te maken.
  • Je denkt klantgericht: Je luistert naar klanten, begrijpt hun noden en zoekt oplossingen die waarde creëren.
  • Je schakelt vlot: Elke organisatie is anders. Jij past je gemakkelijk aan nieuwe omgevingen, mensen en bedrijfsculturen aan.
  • Je hebt kennis van zaken: Je hebt minimum 4 jaren HR-ervaring. Je hoeft niet alles te kennen: bij Let's Work krijg je ondersteuning en kansen om verder te groeien.
  • Je bent mobiel: Je bent bereid je te verplaatsen binnen West- en Oost-Vlaanderen (tot ongeveer één uur van je woonplaats). Daarom kan je rekenen op een bedrijfswagen.
  • Je hebt een neus voor talen: Naast het Nederlands spreek je ook Frans of Engels, afhankelijk van de voertaal van de opdrachtgever.
