Ben jij een ervaren Payroll Officer met sterke HR administratieve skills?

Of ben je eerder een Recruiter met een drive voor de perfecte match? Binnen deze segmenten bieden we een waaier aan projecten. Wij zorgen voor een leerschool waar je verschillende bedrijven en functies kan leren kennen.

Ook als HR Generalist kan je bij ons terechtkomen waarbij je je ervaring inzet in verschillende uiteenlopende HR-rollen gaande van rekrutering, tot payroll of een rol als HR Business Partner bijvoorbeeld.

Binnen deze functie kan je zowel terechtkomen in een rol als Consultant, Medior Consultant, Senior Consultant of Expert Consultant.

Functie-eisen

Als HR Project Consultant

  • Kan je trots terugkijken op minimum 3 jaar HR ervaring (vb. in Recruitment, Payroll, als HR Officer etc.)
  • Krijg je voldoening om operationeel te ondersteunen maar vind je het ook belangrijk impact te kunnen maken
  • Pas je je snel in een nieuwe omgeving aan en leg je vlot nieuwe contacten
  • Spreek je zeer goed Nederlands en kan je je goed uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels
  • Heb je een proactieve mindset en is elke dag iets nieuws leren jouw ding
  • Blijf je via opleidingen of netwerkevents up-to-date met de nieuwste trends in de HR wereld
