Bij USG Professionals kom je in dienst met een vast contract van onbepaalde duur, maar werk je op tijdelijke HR-projecten bij verschillende bedrijven in Vlaanderen en Brussel.

Een interessante stap voor HR-profielen die al zelfstandig kunnen meedraaien, maar tegelijk nog duidelijke groeiruimte zien in hun HR-loopbaan.

WAT HOUDT DE JOB IN?

Als HR Project Consultant versterk je tijdelijk het HR-team van één van onze klanten. Je draait hands-on mee in de dagelijkse HR-werking en zet de ervaring die je al hebt opgebouwd meteen in de praktijk in.

Afhankelijk van jouw achtergrond kan je ingezet worden binnen:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • HR Administration
  • Payroll
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Learning & Development
  • Talent & Performance
  • Employer Branding
  • HR-processen en optimalisaties
  • Sociale wetgeving en HR-compliance

Een project duurt meestal enkele maanden tot soms langer.

Daarna bekijken we samen welke volgende opdracht jou opnieuw iets kan bijbrengen. Zo bouw je stap voor stap ervaring op binnen verschillende organisaties, sectoren, systemen en HR-domeinen.

  • We zoeken HR-profielen die niet meer aan het begin van hun carrière staan, maar tegelijk nog volop willen groeien in hun vak.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar relevante professionele ervaring binnen HR.
  • Je hebt bijvoorbeeld ervaring als HR Officer, Recruiter, Payroll Officer, Talent Acquisition Specialist of HR Generalist.
  • Je kan zelfstandig meedraaien binnen een HR-team en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor jouw taken.
  • Je bent nog graag hands-on met HR bezig en wilt jouw kennis verder verbreden.
  • Je ziet verschillende projecten en organisaties als een manier om sneller ervaring op te bouwen en verder te groeien binnen HR.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar HR-domeinen, systemen of sectoren die je vandaag misschien nog niet kent.
  • Je bent flexibel om projecten uit te voeren in Vlaanderen en Brussel.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt daarnaast een goede kennis van Engels en/of Frans.
