De functie heeft een wereldwijde scope binnen Nijhuis Saur Industries en biedt de mogelijkheid om direct bij te dragen aan internationale organisatieontwikkeling en verandertrajecten. Wat ga je doen? Als Interim HR Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het initiëren, coördineren en succesvol realiseren van uiteenlopende HR-projecten. Je brengt structuur aan, verbindt stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat projecten tijdig en effectief worden opgeleverd. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Leiding geven aan internationale HR-transformatieprojecten. - Ondersteunen van organisatieontwikkelings- en workforce planning initiatieven. - Coördineren van talent management, performance management en succession planning trajecten. - Ondersteunen van HR-digitaliseringsprojecten en optimalisatie van HR-systemen. - Harmoniseren van HR-processen en werkwijzen binnen verschillende landen en business units. - Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van change management- en communicatieplannen. - Monitoren van projectvoortgang, risico's, KPI's en rapportages voor het management.
