Als Recruiter bij Synergie in Halle werk je binnen onze afdeling Large Accounts.

Je werkt voor enkele grote klanten en wordt gaandeweg hun vaste aanspreekpunt voor rekrutering. Je kent hun organisatie en vacatures goed en weet welke kandidaten het best bij hen passen.

Wat doe je als Recruiter?

Je begeleidt het recruitmentproces voor jouw klanten, van eerste zoekactie tot opstart.

  • Je bespreekt met de klant welke profielen ze zoeken en denkt mee over de aanpak.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar kandidaten via LinkedIn, jobsites, databanken en andere kanalen.
  • Je voert telefonische screenings en sollicitatiegesprekken.
  • Je selecteert geschikte kandidaten en stelt hen voor aan de klant.
  • Je houdt contact met kandidaten en klanten tijdens het selectieproces.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte opstart en onboarding.
  • Je volgt je vacatures en dossiers administratief correct op.

Wie zoeken we?

Heb je al een eerste ervaring in recruitment of HR? Mooi meegenomen.

Heb je een bachelor- of masterdiploma en de juiste ingesteldheid? Dan geven we je ook graag de kans om hierin te groeien.

  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en kunt je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je bent klantgericht en commercieel ingesteld. Je denkt mee met de klant en ziet kansen om tot een goede oplossing te komen.
  • Je legt gemakkelijk contact en voelt je goed in gesprekken met verschillende mensen.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en stelt graag de juiste vragen.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en houdt je afspraken en administratie goed bij.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en neemt graag initiatief.
