Wat houdt de job in?

Als HR Consultant ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen kandidaten en bedrijven. Je gaat actief op zoek naar de juiste match en zorgt ervoor dat zowel klant als kandidaat met een goed gevoel uit het proces komt.

Je dagen zijn gevarieerd en dat is precies wat deze job zo boeiend maakt. Je voert gesprekken met kandidaten, bouwt relaties op met klanten, schrijft vacatures, zoekt talent via verschillende kanalen en volgt het volledige rekruteringsproces van A tot Z op.

Daarnaast ben je een echte partner voor onze klanten. Je denkt met hen mee over hun noden, stelt geschikte kandidaten voor en zorgt voor een persoonlijke opvolging. Tegelijk blijf je nauw betrokken bij de kandidaten en begeleid je hen richting een nieuwe professionele uitdaging.

Kortom: een veelzijdige functie waarin mensen, communicatie, commerciële flair en HR samenkomen. Geen dag ziet er hetzelfde uit en jij krijgt volop de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en mee te groeien met het team.
