Bij de Forum Force zoeken we niet zomaar recruiters. We zoeken special members die onze oranje-groene kleuren met fierheid dragen. Gepassioneerde doorzetters die bedrijven helpen aan hun krachtigste grondstof: mensen.

Jouw missie? Talent detecteren. Gesprekken leiden als een pro. Klanten adviseren alsof je zelf hun HR-directeur bent.

Je verbindt, overtuigt en bouwt bruggen. Moeilijk werk? Zeker. Belangrijk werk? Absoluut.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Werven en selecteren van geschikte kandidaten voor de openstaande vacatures

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen een commerciële/ administratieve functie
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en je spreekt vloeiend Portugees!
  • Je focust op sales en bent commercieel ingesteld
  • Je houdt van actie en ziet deadlines als motivatie
