Voor drie vestigingen Moeskroen, De Panne, Eeklo zijn wij op zoek naar een dynamische en gemotiveerde HR Recruiter / Recruitster

Hou je van contact met mensen? Ben je georganiseerd, luister je goed en vind je het leuk om de juiste mensen voor de juiste functie te vinden? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou!

Jouw rol

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de rekrutering voor drie vestigingen. Je belangrijkste taken zijn:

  • Kandidaten zoeken via vacaturesites, sociale media en andere kanalen.
  • Vacatures publiceren en up-to-date houden.
  • Elke week aanwezig zijn op de drie vestigingen: 1 dag in Moeskroen, 1 dag in De Panne en 1 dag in Eeklo.
  • Regelmatig contact onderhouden met interimkantoren.
  • Eerste gesprekken voeren met kandidaten.
  • Afspraken en sollicitatiegesprekken organiseren.
  • De komst van nieuwe medewerkers voorbereiden en hen tijdens hun eerste dagen begeleiden.
  • Interimmedewerkers en hun evaluaties opvolgen.
  • Samenwerken met de HR Manager.

Jouw profiel

Wij zoeken iemand die:

  • Een bachelordiploma heeft.
  • Ervaring heeft in rekrutering of human resources.
  • Zeer goed Frans en Nederlands spreekt.
  • Georganiseerd, betrouwbaar en nauwkeurig is.
  • Graag met mensen werkt.
  • Verschillende taken tegelijk kan beheren.
  • Zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook graag in team werkt.
  • Flexibel is en beschikbaar is wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Dynamisch en positief is en graag initiatief neemt.
  • Graag doelen bereikt en oplossingen zoekt.
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma.
  • Je hebt ervaring in rekrutering of human resources.
  • Je spreekt goed Frans en Nederlands.

In deze functie moet je in staat zijn om:

  • Nieuwe kandidaten te vinden en aan te trekken.
  • Kandidaten te selecteren en hun sollicitatie op te volgen.
  • Rekruteringsdossiers te organiseren en op te volgen.
  • De personeelsbehoeften van de verschillende afdelingen te begrijpen.
  • Verantwoordelijken te helpen bij het vinden van de juiste medewerkers.
  • Documenten voor rekrutering en onboarding voor te bereiden.
  • Duidelijke en aantrekkelijke vacatures te schrijven.
  • Vlot te communiceren met kandidaten, verantwoordelijken en interimkantoren.
