In dieser Rolle steuerst du den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess für zugewiesene Positionen und sorgst für eine erstklassige Candidate Experience sowie eine professionelle Zusammenarbeit mit den Hiring Managern.

Zeitraum: ab sofort

Arbeitsmodell: Vollzeit

Befristung: Vorerst für 12 Monate

Deine Aufgaben

* Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des gesamten End-to-End Recruiting-Prozesses für zugewiesene Vakanzen

* Durchführung von Intake-Meetings mit Hiring Managern zur Definition von Anforderungsprofilen und Recruiting-Strategien

* Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von ansprechenden Stellenanzeigen

* Screening und Vorauswahl von eingehenden Bewerbungen

* Koordination, Organisation und Begleitung des gesamten Interviewprozesses

* Erstellung und Präsentation von Arbeitsangeboten in enger Abstimmung mit den HR- und Compensation-Teams

* Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Candidate Journey von der Bewerbung bis zur Übergabe ans Onboarding

* Professionelles Stakeholder-Management und Business Partnering auf Augenhöhe

Dein Profil

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im End-to-End Recruiting (idealerweise im Konzern- oder Beratungsumfeld)

* Nachweisbare Expertise in der Bewerberbeurteilung und Führung von Strukturierte-Interviews

* Ausgeprägte Stärke im Stakeholder Management und Business Partnering

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke

* Wohnsitz und Arbeitslebensmittelpunkt in Österreich
